Terms of Service

1. Business accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms for yourself or the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and controlling access granted to members of your workspace.

2. The Fieldune service

Fieldune provides software for managing field-service operations, including customers, jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments, team operations, reporting, documents, messages, and related business workflows. Features may vary by plan and may change as the service develops.

3. Trials and subscriptions

Fieldune may provide a trial period before paid service begins. Paid plans, prices, included features, and the applicable billing interval are shown when you subscribe. Unless canceled, a paid subscription may renew automatically according to the billing terms shown at purchase.

You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the available billing tools. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where Fieldune expressly agrees otherwise.

4. Your data

You retain your rights in the business information and content you submit to Fieldune. You authorize Fieldune to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that information as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to enter customer, employee, job, payment, document, message, and other information into Fieldune.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Fieldune to violate law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with the service, abuse APIs, or use Fieldune for fraudulent or deceptive activity.

6. Third-party services

Fieldune relies on third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, infrastructure, email delivery, and storage. Your use of some third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Fieldune available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Fieldune at any time. Fieldune may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties; respond to legal requirements; address nonpayment; or enforce these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fieldune is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular business purpose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Fieldune evolves. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means when appropriate. The effective date above indicates the current version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
