Privacy Policy

Effective August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information Fieldune handles, why we use it, and the choices available to users of the Fieldune service.

1. Information you provide

Fieldune may receive account and profile information, business information, customer records, service locations, jobs, schedules, quotes, invoices, payment records, employee and team information, messages, documents, attachments, settings, support communications, and other content you choose to enter into the service.

2. Technical and usage information

We may process technical information needed to operate and secure Fieldune, such as IP addresses, request and security logs, device or browser information, session information, error information, and activity associated with use of the service.

3. Billing information

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Fieldune may receive billing identifiers, subscription information, transaction status, and related records needed to manage your subscription. Payment card details entered into a hosted payment provider's checkout are handled by that provider.

4. How information is used

We use information to provide and maintain Fieldune, authenticate users, operate business workflows, process subscriptions, deliver requested communications, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, provide support, maintain security, improve the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Service providers

We may provide information to vendors and service providers that perform functions for Fieldune, including infrastructure, payment processing, communications, storage, security, and other operational services. They receive information as needed to perform those services.

6. Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect the rights and safety of Fieldune or others, investigate abuse or fraud, or protect the security and integrity of the service.

7. Cookies and browser storage

Fieldune may use cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, security, session management, preferences, and application functionality.

8. Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and account status.

9. Security

Fieldune uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and privacy requests

You may update certain account and business information through Fieldune. Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Fieldune, additional privacy rights may be available. Requests may be sent to support@fieldune.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. For account deletion instructions and an external request pathway, see Delete your Fieldune account.

11. Business customer data

When a Fieldune business account enters information about its customers, workers, or other contacts, that business is responsible for its own use of that information and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required for its business activities.

12. Children

Fieldune is a business service and is not intended for children under 13.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
